Authorised Unity Reseller
Medulla Digital created this connected manufacturing digital twin proof of concept, including the 3D plant, operating model, sensor visualisation and interactive showcase.
This public demonstration is built with Unity. The connected plant geometry, sensors, controls, process model and presentation were created specifically for this showcase. Text uses the project's Liberation Sans font asset. Font copyright and SIL Open Font License.
What the model represents
A representative, simplified natural-rubber processing line: washing and preparation, creping, controlled drying, and baling with quality assessment. Natural-rubber process references include Seng Fong's production process and Hevea Engineering Works' equipment descriptions.
How to interpret the results
- All supplied sensor readings and replay samples are synthetic.
- The baseline, model coefficients, equipment condition values and quality thresholds are illustrative.
- The capacity reference is approximately 65 MT/day. A 16-operating-hour-day assumption converts it to 4.0625 t/h dry-equivalent flow.
- Projected output is a steady-state comparison; accumulated mass follows connected stage buffers.
- Specific energy represents the model's electrical demand, with no calibrated thermal-fuel balance.
- The demo does not operate physical actuators or connect to a live plant.
Actual site conditions, equipment drawings, validated instrumentation and observed production would be needed to calibrate a site-specific digital twin.
Inspect the supplied inputs
Download the synthetic replay CSV. Columns are elapsed seconds, line voltage (V), incoming moisture (%), feed command (multiplier), dryer setpoint (°C), bearing health (0–1), wash-water flow (L/min) and data quality (1 = valid; 0 = invalid). The model holds the last valid input while quality is invalid. Wash-water flow is simplified to pump on/off.
